Stability Analyses of a Slope Reinforced with Piles Subjected to Static and Dynamic Loading Conditions

This paper focuses on a stability analysis related to highway constructed slope with high shear potential supported by the piles. For this purpose, series of two-dimensional simulations were carried out employing finite element method. In study, in order provide current state topography, numerical model was created based data obtained from field and laboratory tests. It is aimed define safety factor under both static dynamic loads, that value calculated for following three cases: (i) unsupported piles subjected loading, (ii) (iii) loading. The results indicate it good approach be used enhance even though loading brings about decline factor. Plus, relevant determined 1.446 second case explained above while same 1.104 third case. Therefore, understood loads caused vehicles should considered design these kinds problems, improvement method evaluated detail.
